Why is our beef so good? What's the difference? We use Certified Angus Beef, which is premium selected meats, that has a superior flavour and texture. Then we fire our steaks on a Infrared Steakhouse Charbroiler that seers in the juices at 2000 degrees F! It's a combination of rapid firing that locks in the flavour of great beef.
